Submission REquirments
What to Include:
Subject: Share what you documented. Include as many images or video files as possible for us to showcase your story effectively.
Details: Provide essential details about the shoot, including the owner, photographer, location, and subject name.
Information: Highlight your project by describing the session details, focus points, and the targeted style of both the subject and the shoot.
How to Submit:
Form: Fill out the fields required and write out the needed information about the showcase. A link to a DOC or PDF will work as well. Link a Dropbox or Google Drive containing HD images/video (JPEG or PNG format preferred).
Email: Send your submission to submit@cozymedia.co with the subject line:
“Cozy Submission: [Your Topic/Title].”
Include all the necessary information, along with any images or videos from your session. Once we receive your submission, our team will review it and reach out if we decide to feature your work.

Can I submit my own car, photography, or architectural work?
Yes! We encourage submissions from photographers, car owners, architects, and creators who want to share their work. We love discovering new talent and perspectives.
What types of content do you accept?
We accept high-quality submissions in the following categories:
Automotive (vintage, exotic, classic, custom builds, etc.)
Architecture (modern, vintage, unique structures, etc)
Creatives related to automotive or architectural themes
Do I need to have professional experience to submit content?
No. We welcome submissions from both amateurs and professionals. The key is creativity and quality.
What format or resolution should my photos be in?
We recommend submitting high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI). Ensure files are in JPEG or PNG format for best quality.
Can I submit previously published work?
Yes, as long as you have the rights to the content, you can submit previously published work.
Is there a limit to how many photos or projects I can submit?
There is no strict limit, but a minimum of 5 is preferred.
Is there a fee for submitting?
No, submissions are free. We believe in keeping the platform open and accessible to all creators.
How long does it take for my submission to be reviewed?
We aim to review all submissions within 2-3 weeks. If your submission is selected, we will notify you via email.
Can I edit my submission after sending it?
Yes. If you need to make changes, email us with the updated content and we’ll ensure the latest version is reviewed.
What happens if my submission is not accepted?
If your submission isn’t accepted, don’t be discouraged! We welcome re-submissions, especially if you have new work to share.
Can I submit content on behalf of someone else?
We prefer submissions to be sent in by the creator/owner of the content directly. This helps us avoid any permission issues that may arise.
